Notice of Additional Matters
Each participating sports teams:
The 12th World Grand Wushu Festival Shanghai is scheduled to be held in Hongkou District, Shanghai from September 18 to 23, 2025. In order to ensure the smooth progress of event organization and reception work, the relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:
l. Reporting Arrangements
Time: Before 16:00 on September 18, 2025
Location: Shanghai Jingwu Gymnasium (No. 715, Dongtiyuhui Road, Hongkou District)

ll. Competition Fees
l. Registration Fee Standards
Individual event: 200 RMB per person per event
Each additional event: additional100 RMB
Group event: 500 RMB per event
ll. Payment Method
On-site payment upon registration (only RMB cash accepted). After successful payment, participants will receive an official receipt issued by the organizing committee as proof.
lll. Insurance
The Organizing Committee will uniformly purchase Personal Accident Insurance for all participating athletes during the competition.
III. Hotel and Transportation Services
l. The conference organizer will provide the following services:

IV. Participation Vouchers
During check-in, athletes are required to submit the original valid identification documents (Passport, ID card, etc.) for verification. Those who fail to provide such documents will not be allowed to compete.
